Shalom Carl,
May the Peace and Blessings of Yah be upon you.
"When Yahusha came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples,
saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of Man am? And they said, Some (say)
John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the
prophets... And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Messiah, the Son
of the living Elohim." Matt. 13:13, 14, & 16.
Carl, it is quite easy to prove who Yahusha was in his previous existence upon
the Earth. Those who have "eyes to see" and "ears to hear" will realize that
the Bible is not the "complete
scriptures". Yahusha makes this point when he answered the question posed
by the Saduccees about the Woman who had Married Seven Brothers and Procreated
no children. They had asked, "In the resurrection therefore
whose wife shall she be of the seven?
for they all had her," Matt. 22:28. He replied, "Ye do err,
not knowing the scriptures, nor
the power of Elohim," verse 29. The answer that Yahusha gave the Saduccees
comes from the Book of Enoch, Chapter 15.
It is NOT found in the Bible.
Yahusha goes on to tell us in Luke 11:52 that the Scribes and Pharisees had
deleted from the Scriptures many important passages. "Woe unto you lawyers! for
ye took away the key of knowledge:
ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered."
Furthermore, you find Jeremiah saying, How do ye say, We are wise, and the torah
of Yah is with us? But, behold, the
false pen of the scribes hath wrought falsely," Jeremiah 8:8.
*If* we as Students of the Scriptures will study the so-called "Lost Books of
the Bible", we will find many "explicit answers" to our questions that arises
from the Bible. These Books are the "Key(s) of Knowledge. For example, Isaiah
53:10 is a reference to the coming of the Messiah and states, "Yet it pleased
Yah to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an
offering for sin, he shall see
his
seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Yah shall prosper in
his hand." The Evangels indicate that Yahusha did not have any Seed. He
apparently was not married at the time of his death. Paul refers to Yahusha as
a "second adam" when he says, "And so it is written, The first man Adam was made
a living soul; the last Adam
[was made] a quickening spirit," 1 Cor. 15:45. Of course, we know that Adam was
the "father of all mankind". It can be shown that Enoch was also the "father of
all mankind" living today.1
The Messiah gives us his FIRST CLUE that he existed BEFORE Abraham. "The Jews
therefore said unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen
Abraham? Yahshua said unto them,
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was born, I am (I was),"
John 8:58. He later provides us with a SECOND CLUE. "Verily, verily, I say
unto thee, ( I ) speak that which ( I ) know, and bear witness of that which ( I
) have seen; and ye receive not ( my ) witness. If I told you earthly things
and ye believe not, how shall ye believe if I tell you heavenly things?
And no one hath ascended into heaven,
but he that descended out of heaven, the Son of man, who (was) in heaven,"
John 3:11-13.
The Son of Elohim will make THREE APPEARANCES upon the Earth. First, he comes as a TEACHER. Second, he comes as a REDEEMER. On his Third
appearance, he will come as a Judge and set up the Kingdom of Yah. Just like
Abraham was visited THREE TIMES by Yah, Jonah was in the Belly of the Fish for
Three Days, and Yahusha was in the Grave Three Days, and Noah's Three Sons
replenished the Earth, the Son of Elohim will appear three times upon the
Earth. The Number THREE represents a "completion of things". It is more than
coincidence that there were THREE Men executed on the Tree 2,000 years ago.
In closing, let me say this. I can raise numerous questions from the Bible, and
there will be no way to answer the questions WITHOUT each of the questions
falling into CONTROVERSY. For example, we are told to keep the Sabbath;
nevertheless, we are NOT told how to keep it. The Keeping of Sabbath is
basically a "personal opinion" based upon whatever, i.e., church doctrine,
interpretations, translator's training, etc... Nevertheless, *if* a person will
study the 50th chapter of the Book of Jubilees, the requirements of Sabbath
Keeping are specifically set forth. "And
every man who does any work thereon, or goes a journey, or tills (his) farm,
whether in his house or any other place, and whoever lights a fire, or rides on
any beast, or travels by ship on the sea, and whoever strikes or kills anything,
or slaughters a beast or a bird, or whoever catches an animal or a bird or a
fish, or whoever fasts or makes war on the Sabbaths: The man who does any of
these things on the Sabbath shall die, so that the children of Israel shall
observe the Sabbaths according to the commandments regarding the Sabbaths of the
land, as it is written in the tablets, which He gave into my hands that I should
write out for thee the laws of the seasons, and the seasons according to the
division of their days.", verses 12-13.2 See Note
below.
Carl, with some of these thought in mind, let's take the Bible and do as the
Messiah said, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth;
and he that seeketh findeth; and
to him that knocketh it shall be opened," Matt. 7:7-8. "Enter ye in by the
narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to
destruction, and many are they that enter in thereby. For narrow is the gate,
and straitened the way, that leadeth unto life, and
few are they that find it,"
verses 13-14. It is my personal belief that if MANY people are doing it, it is
"probably" wrong. FEW people will seek Knowledge, Wisdom, Understanding, etc.
outside the Bible, Isa. 11:2; nevertheless, Yahusha tells us the the Keys of
Knowledge have been taken away. With this concept in mind, I will begin sending
you letters explaining the Description of Yahusha and paralleling that
description to Enoch.
In the Name of Yahusha ben Adam I remain,
Tewey

2Regarding
chapter 50, I guess you are referring to the Book of Jubilees. I found one
reference to fasting on the Sabbath in two of my translations, which was not
found in a third. In the Torah there is no prohibition against fasting on the
weekly Sabbath.
I did notice that in both Enoch and Jubilees that there are what appears to be
obvious additions by scribes and Pharisees. The entire chapter 108 of Enoch is
highly suspect as the writer is not very bright and writes that which Enoch
never wrote that are out of Enoch's context.
The time after the return from exile in Babylon showed the people to be blinded,
as Enoch wrote, "After that in the sixth week all who live in it will be
blinded, and the hearts of all of them will godlessly forsake wisdom." It was
during this time that the Law, which had been burned (IV Ezra 14:21, was
restored along with the rest of the books, including Enoch, Jubilees (IV Ezra
14:37-48). However, all of the works show the hand of scribes who thought
changes were required, including the editing or addition of material like
chapter 108 of Enoch, and additions to Jubilees "new moons" and "fasting on the
Sabbath" to keep these in line with their "new law." It may have been that Ezra
did things correctly, but not the "scribes" who followed. As a result of this
corruption, dispersion was prophesied (Malachi) and carried out in 135 AD and in
the events leading up to that (temple burned, Jerusalem turned into a Roman
camp, a false messiah leads the "blind" people in a revolt against the Romans
and into dispersion, and, yet in the future, the great tribulation.)
