Notes on Figure 2 (base 11):

In base 11, 10 is indicated by t, 11 by 10 (one in the eleven's place and 0 in the one's place), and 121 by 100 (1 in the 121s [11 * 11] place and 0 in eleven's and one's places).

The letters of "Israel" include aleph, yod, lamed, sin, the four letters of the initial interrelated set in the ordinal values (Figure 1) and resh, the 20th letter (19 in base 11), which is the only letter factoring evenly by 11 in the total values (190 in base 11).

The even factoring by 11 in the ordinal values continues in the numerical values where t + 1 = 10 and 28 + 253 = 280 (base 11)

A new interrelated set factoring by 11 occurs in the total values (base 11 with base 10 in parentheses):

Starting at 19, 19 + 2 = 20 (2 * 11),

2 + 39 = 40 (4 * 11)

39 + 272 = 300 (3 * 11 * 11)

272 + 19 = 290 (31 * 11), returning to 19.
