*This is a midnight to midnight calendar in which day 1 of the month is the day following the conjunction for Mount Zion in Jerusalem (31deg 46 sec N, 35 deg 14 sec E). The times of the conjunction are determined for Jerusalem by adding two hours and twenty-one minutes to Universal Time. The dates in blue indicate new moon days, the first being the conjunction day, and the second being the Day of the New Moon (Numbers 10:10, Ezekiel 46:1, 3). A twenty-nine day month occurs when the conjunction day overlaps with the final sabbath of the month. The dates in black are the six working days and the dates in red are the seventh day Sabbaths (Exodus 20:8-10, Ezekiel 46:1, 3). Major moon phases and the time they occur in Jerusalem are indicated for new moon conjunction (NM), first quarter (FQ), full moon, and last quarter (LQ). In most cases, the first crescent moon will be visible on the evening of the Day of the New Moon. The Hebrew feasts of Pesach (Passover), Matsoth (Unleavened Bread), Shavuoth (Pentecost), Yom Teruch (Trumpets), Yom Kippur (Atonement) and Sukkoth (Tabernacles) are indicated, as well as the double or complete count to Pentecost.
